Showroom Warehouse Team Leader

Jordan’s is looking for motivated team member to help lead our store warehouse team. In this physical warehouse job, you will be handling the movement of all types of furniture by hand and with a variety of equipment.This position starts at $22 per hour. The schedule varies and does include days, night and weekends. Because great energy fuels great work.#INDSResponsibilities we will trust you to perform:Assisting with supervising, training, evaluating, scheduling, motivating, and mentoring the Showroom Warehouse TeamAbility to lead a successful teamOverseeing the daily operation of the Store WarehouseCoordinating daily work schedules of the Showroom Warehouse AssociatesEngaging in all aspects of Warehouse OperationsWhat you will bring to the table: Ability to be a leader and mentorSafe work habits1-3 years experience in a warehouse settingMust be 18 or olderAbility to work in a fast-paced environment where you are on your feet for 8 hours per day.Ability to lift, pull, push, and shimmy furniture weighing up to 110 pounds Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and courteous mannerAbility to work at heights of 35 feetAbility to pass pre-employment screening.
