For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._ _Rate: $45 - $52 / hr. w2_ Responsibilities: u00b7 Collaborating with business partners, understanding business requirements, translating business requirements into system requirements, and making recommendations regarding system functionality. + Working closely with development teams, stakeholders, technology leads, and agile teams to ensure successful delivery of program milestones and adherence of the deliverables to the product roadmaps. u00b7 Strong project management skills with ability to take ownership of a business issue, lead triage and resolution discussions with a sense of urgency, communicate client and participant impact to Legal, Risk, Compliance and appropriate business partners, and see resolution of issue through to completion u00b7 Data analysis, data mapping, flowcharts, uses case development, story writing, set-up/configuration of systems, user acceptance testing and product documentation. u00b7 Identifying root causes and validating business problems in terms of business and systems requirements. Experience Requirements: u00b7 5 yearsu2019 experience in various systems analysis methodologies, including data analysis, data mapping, flowcharts, uses case development, story writing, set-up / configuration of systems, user acceptance testing and product documentation. u00b7 Outstanding conceptual thinking, and problem-solving capabilities including synthesizing findings and developing practical and realistic recommendations. u00b7 SQL development experience. u00b7 Superb communication skills u2013 written, verbal and presentation skills. u00b7 Prior work in an Agile environment. Education Requirements: u00b7 Bacheloru2019s degree encouraged, MBA or MS preferred. _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
