Hardware Engineer IV

Job Description Insight Global is looking for a contract Electrical Hardware Engineer who is passionate about PCB testing and prototyping, including schematic design and layout, to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you will initially be responsible for testing a variety of products, with a focus on supporting new product features and development across multiple RL teams. Ideal candidates will have experience with DC-DC converters, high-speed digital signaling, common data buses (such as I2C and SPI), transmission lines, and impedance. You should also be capable of independently performing test measurements using equipment such as oscilloscopes and power supplies. What youu2019ll dou2026 Electrical Design u2013 This would include some schematic and layout of key electrical boards in Allegro, create system level block diagrams, work with cross functional teams (mechanical, PD, antenna, FW, etc). Bring Up and validation u2013 Bring up PCB: Test designs for reliability and validity. Implement changes to address issues found. Document and communicate the issue to lead engineer Testing u2013 Run testing of prototypes circuits and vendor EVBs System Integration u2013 Work with engineering teams to integrate electrical designs into different test vehicles or products.
