Available Shifts: + A Shift: 5am to 1:30pm or 9am to 5:30pm, Mon-Fri. + Training Schedule: 7am to 3:30pm, Mon-Fri (for the first 4-6 weeks). + B Shift: 1pm to 9:30pm, Mon-Fri. Summary: As a Finishing Associate, youu2019ll help manufacture precision optical components used in medical and scientific equipment. Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and at least 2 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, quality control, or machine operation. Tasks and Responsibilities: + Perform glass shaping processes: drilling, dicing, beveling, laser marking, cleaning, etc. + Operate hand tools, semi-automatic, or automatic equipment. + Conduct physical and visual inspections using measuring tools. + Identify and escalate quality issues. + Maintain a clean, organized work area. + Follow all safety, quality, and work procedures.
