Join Oliver Wyman Vector, where your skills and passion can make a lasting impact in an environment that values excellence, growth, and meaningful connections.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience) Ability to accurately track technical progress of complex airplane systems and software development Ability to plan, execute, and report status of complex software system development, managing a cross-functional and international team that includes engineering development, test, and systems integration Ensure that execution is aligned with program goals and is on time and within budget Perform risk management and mitigation planning Provide analytical and problem-solving skills to accomplish optimal project delivery and keep delivery running smoothly Compare actual results to baseline plan to assess project performance, efficiencies, productivity, and lessons learned Ability to keep stakeholders informed of up to date project status, including delivery progress, risks and roadblocksPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience) Excellent verbal and written communications Experience with RTCA DO-178C airplane software development and certification requirements Experience with airplane testing, verification, and delivery Experience with Agile software development processes Experience with Tier 1 project management tools Experience with JIRA, MS Project and Git Project management and delivery throughout all stages of the project life cycle from planning to in service delivery Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus Bachelor's degree and 9+ years and/or advanced degree with 7+ years related work experience.
