Job DescriptionProject Controls Analyst, SrPosting Start Date:9/15/25Requisition ID:53917Apply nowInformations generalesCOLUMBUS, United States, 43210ENGIE North America Inc.Skilled ( >3 experienceIndustrial Project ManagementPermanentFull - TimeWhat You Can ExpectAs the Project Controls Senior Analyst based at the Ohio State Universitycampus, you will report to the Project Controls Director and oversee financial reporting and evaluation related to the operations and maintenance costs of the energy plant. You will collaborate closely with the Energy Plant Director and supervisors to ensure accurate, timely cost reporting for billing and budgeting purposes. Additionally, you'll be responsible for developing, managing, and submitting Utility Fees to the university and key stakeholders across Major Partnership teams. Working closely with the Project Controls Director, you will also develop analytical tools and KPIs to track and enhance financial performance within partnership contracts.Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in compliance with ENGIE guidelines and reporting schedulesProvide financial insights, identify potential risks, and recommend strategies to support operations and maintenance teamsPrepare accurate management reports and presentations while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and partnersDevelop and implement analytical tools to measure, evaluate, and improve operational and maintenance effectivenessWhat You'll BringA minimum of a bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related fieldA minimum of five (5) years' experience in finance, accounting, or tax, with knowledge of Operating & Maintenance and Concession Agreement frameworksExcel experience creating complex financial modelsAdditional DetailsThis role is eligible for our hybrid in-office work policyMust be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policiesCompensationSalary Range: $89,880 - $149,760 USD annuallyThis represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws.
