Additional locations may be considered. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mainframe DevOps Developer to join our enterprise infrastructure team. This role focuses on modernizing mainframe operations by integrating DevOps practices, automating workflows, and improving deployment pipelines for legacy and hybrid systems. Key Responsibilities u2022 Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for mainframe applications (e.g., COBOL, PL/I, JCL). u2022 Integrate mainframe systems with modern DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, SonarQube, UrbanCode Deploy). u2022 Automate build, test, and deployment processes across environments. u2022 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support agile development and release cycles. u2022 Monitor and optimize performance of mainframe DevOps processes. u2022 Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory standards. u2022 Troubleshoot and resolve issues in mainframe environments and pipelines. Required Skills & Experience u2022 Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes). u2022 Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., REXX, Python, Shell). u2022 Familiarity with REST APIs and service orchestration. u2022 Knowledge of source control and versioning in mainframe environments. u2022 Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. u2022 Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications u2022 Experience with mainframe modernization or hybrid cloud integration. u2022 Exposure to enterprise monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, AppDynamics). u2022 Certifications in DevOps, IBM z/OS, or related technologies. u2022 Strong experience with mainframe technologies (e.g., z/OS, TSO/ISPF, JCL, DB2, CICS). Education Bachelors Certifications No Required Certification(s) Licenses No Required License(s) Pay Transparency Base Salary: $97,500.00 u2013 $152,375.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
