Job Title: EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, REAL ESTATE OPERATIONS,Office of RealEstate Number of Openings: 1 Hours Per Week: 40 Job Description/Duties:The Executive Director oversees the University's revenue-generatingreal estate assets, leads leasing, property management, and marketing,as well as related planning functions, and directs financial andoperational analysis for all University real estate activities. Theincumbent manages an extensive portfolio of leases, licenses, andmanagement agreements for a variety property types, includingmulti-family, retail, office, land, and telecommunications. TheExecutive Director maximizes the value of the portfolio holistically inpursuit of the University's mission, considering revenue generationalongside the University's key strategic priorities such as supportingworld-class, diverse faculty and cultivating community. The incumbentidentifies opportunities to increase efficiency and improve rentaloperations through the application of asset management skills,analytics, and property technology. Reporting to the Associate VicePresident for Real Estate, the Executive Director manages a team of realestate professionals, including analysts, salespersons, and propertymanagers, providing technical leadership in pursuit of the department'sgoals. The incumbent works closely with a variety of campus partners,including Facilities Management & Operations, Medical Campus leadership,General Counsel, Risk Management, and Government and CommunityRelations. The Executive Director also engages external partners,including brokers, attorneys, property managers, and other real estatespecialists. Required Skills: MBA strongly preferred.
