This position requires work to becompleted onsite, at a designated campus work location. Applicants forthis position will be considered for the following titles: ClinicalAssistant Professor, Clinical Associate Professor, Clinical Professor.The title is determined by the experience and qualifications of thefinalist. This vacancy is being announced simultaneously withJR#10003469; please note that only one vacancy exists. Having two jobpostings allows the School of Medicine and Public Health to considercandidates on both the CHS and CT tracks. This position will be a dualappointment with UW Madison and UW Medical Foundation. This position hasbeen identified as a position of trust with access to vulnerablepopulations. The selected candidate will be required to pass an initialcaregiver check to be eligible for employment under the WisconsinCaregiver Law and every four years. The department will not be able tosupport a request for a J-1 waiver. If you choose to pursue a waiver andapply for our position, neither the UW nor UWMF will reimburse you foryour legal or waiver fees. Key Job Responsibilities: In the ClinicianTeacher (CT) Track, faculty provide patient care as their primaryresponsibility (90%); clinical teaching is expected. The remaining 10%of time is dedicated to research, teaching and/or service, depending onthe candidate's interest.
