Join the team responsible for supervising andcoordinating food related services for events held at the Memorial Unionand other locations. As a catering supervisor, you will lead foodpreparation and catering setup for events ranging from receptions tobuffets to plated dinners. You will mentor student team members in theircatering production work and training. You will also assist with otherdining-related efforts, such as inventory and taking steps to ensure wehave a safe, sanitary dining experience behind the scenes and in ourfront-of-house. We host a wide spectrum of events from weddings totailgates to breakfast meetings. This means no two days are the same. Asuccessful person in this role will: Be organized.
