We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable/Receivable (AP/AR) Staff Accountant to join our accounting team. Responsibilities: * Process vendor invoices and ensure all payments are entered timely and accurate * Assist with preparing and importing customer invoices from Excel templates * Prepare weekly payment runs (check, ACH, wire) * Assist with Vendor and Customer month end reconciliations * Support reconciliations of AP and AR schedules, flagging differences for review * Monitor and respond to vendor and customer inquiries * Provide documentation and support for month-end close tasks * Maintain up-to-date vendor records including W-9s and 1099 compliance * Collaborate with corporate teams to resolve any AP or AR issues * Assist with audit preparation and documentation Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) * 2+ years of AP or general accounting experience * Experience in a multi-location/franchise environment is a plus * Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage X3, or similar * Solid Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc.) * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines * A proactive, team-player mindset with great communication skills Why Join Us: * Competitive salary * Health, dental, and vision benefits * 401(k) * Paid time off and holidays * Opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding fitness brand * A passionate and purpose-driven culture that supports work-life balance
