Field Research & Reporting Specialist

Hourly SpecialistLocation and Timeline:Short term specialized blitz campaign around the Norfolk, VA area.About The Outreach TeamThe Outreach Team is a premier national field firm. We are recruiting individuals with a unique skill set to help us conduct a test on a new form of voter contact. These Hourly Specialists will work closely with the program lead to observe, record and translate data and observations into reports. This role will require extensive time in the field as well as an ability to be adaptable to changing campaign needs. This campaign is short term but will have the opportunity to transition into other hourly roles with The Outreach Team upon completion. Qualifications:Must havePrevious canvassing experienceExtreme attention to detail and a proven ability to instill that quality in othersEagerness to improve and provide feedbackSelf-starter with excellent problem-solving skillsTrack record of equity and inclusionStrong passion for community organizing and fostering civic engagementNice-to-haveExperience with conducting formal academic studiesTechnical writing experienceSalary and Benefits: This is an hourly position at $20 per hour. We offer a generous benefits package, including paid vacation and sick leave, health insurance, and hands-on training.
