GEOSPATIAL ANALYSIS SME (LEAD)Location: Springfield, VA or St. Louis, MO | Type: Full-Time | Clearance: TS/SCI (CI Poly Preferred)Note: This position is part of an active proposal effort and is contingent upon contract award.OverviewDarkStar Intelligence is seeking a Lead-level Geospatial Analysis SME to provide mentorship, oversight, and instruction across geospatial analysis tradecraft learning. This role serves as the primary POC for Geospatial Analysis Course Managers and Branch Chiefs, ensuring team certification compliance and delivering training across multiple GEOINT learning levels.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver instruction across Fundamental, Intermediate, and Advanced Geospatial Analysis courses.Mentor and oversee Geospatial Analysis SMEs, ensuring certification and qualification compliance.Coordinate with Course Managers and Branch Chiefs for course updates and delivery schedules.Apply expertise in GIS systems, SIGINT integration, and geospatial methodologies to training content.Minimum QualificationsActive TS/SCI (CI Poly preferred)Bachelors degree in GIS, Geospatial Intelligence, or related field10+ years of experience in Geospatial Analysis tradecraft, methodology, or technology2+ years delivering instruction to adult learners4+ years managing teamsDesired QualificationsDepartment of Defense (DoD) Basic Instructor CertificationCompensation & BenefitsCompensation will be based on qualifications and experience.
