As a Sr. Software Developer in Test (SDET) you’ll help drive Concora Credit’s Mission to enable customers to Do More with Credit - every single day.The impact you’ll have at Concora Credit:As a Senior SDET within our application team, you'll contribute across the entire quality lifecycle - from analyzing feature specifications and designing test strategies to implementing automated testing. Working closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to build robust automation test suites and craft effective test solutions that ensure high-quality product delivery. This role combines technical expertise with collaborative teamwork in an agile environment. While you will have plenty of opportunities to learn from other team members, your main responsibilities will be developing QA tests with an emphasis on automation and executing them to ensure the highest level of quality.This position is located at our Beaverton, OR office, with a hybrid schedule. We're seeking someone who wants to impact the business and play a pivotal role in leading the charge for change.As our Sr. Software Developer in Test (SDET) you will:Drive quality within your designated SCRUM team, ensuring proper coverageParticipate in all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Defect Review, Sprint Demo, Retrospectives, etc.), representing QA to provide estimates, test status, and risk assessment Develop, automate, and maintain highly effective test cases during each sprint of the Agile life cycle Perform in-sprint automation testing focusing on the Integration layer (API) and E2E (UI) testing, regression final build certification, and release day testing Be a Champion for Customer Obsession culture and deliver products/ features that exceed customer expectations.Drive actions & shift left strategy to improve QualityConduct thorough testing of the product - positive, negative, validation, exploratory, regression.Analyze test results, being a vocal proponent for quality in every phase of the development processWork with software engineers to understand product architecture, integrations, and featuresIdentify software quality risks and anticipate potential software problems at the earliest possible instanceSelf-motivated, able to work in a team environment or independently with minimal supervisionIdentify and classify defects for review and work with product owners to determine the course of actionThese duties must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.We know experience comes in many forms and that many skills are transferable.
