It ensures high-quality patient care through system wide establishment of clinical practices, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement initiatives. Works closely with the hospital’s nursing, medical staff, executives, and quality team to support the Baptist Health goals. BSN or MSN preferred.Licensure/CertificationActive nursing license preferred.Licensure/Certification in Infection Control (CIC) within three (3) years of hire through the Certification Board of Infection Control and Epidemiology Inc. - renewed every five years..Experience• Minimum of three (3) years’ clinical experience with ability to demonstrate previous experience in quality initiatives within the healthcare institution.
