Shift Manager

The Shift Manger plays an important role in training, developing and leading the crew. Serves as a critical part of the leadership team, helping the restaurant serve the most flavorful chicken and coordinates a smooth end to end operation to provide an exceptional Customer Experience.Plan his/her shiftsVerifies compliance of procedures and protocolsAttends and resolves problems as they appear in the restaurant operationAssist the General ManagerCoach and lead a team with no supervisionInvolves himself in the operational and technical training of employees Maintain a positive atmosphere of teamwork and full of energyVerifies customer satisfaction/Handles customer complaintsApplies a continuous improvement mindset to processes and proceduresOpen/close restaurantAssist with inventory (logging)Assist with staffing needsAssist with controllables and laborMaintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils.Follows and abides by all safety rules, policies, and proceduresMust be 18 years of age or olderMust be fluent in English & SpanishPreferred: 1+ year of experience in similar roles or with customer experienceAbility to lift and push 50 lbs.Ability to stand for long periodsFlexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidaysPreferred: Food Handlers Card/ ServSafe CertificationAbility to work with computers Must follow the company Personal Care and Hygiene policiesMust be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents
