Senior Program Scheduler

Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Program Scheduler providing support to the Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management Division (C3BM).Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) has been tasked with delivering an integrated Department of the Air Force (DAF) Battle Network providing resilient decision advantage and enabling the USAF, USSF, Joint, and Coalition Force to win against the pacing challenge. C3BM supports execution in many different focus areas. C3BM’s main efforts are Architecture and Systems Engineering (ASE), Operational Response Team (ORT), and multiple mission integration teams such as Air, Maritime and multiple acquisitions consisting of both the Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS) and Space.This is a full time position located at Hanscom AFB, Bedford, MA.Duties include, but not limited to:Communicate and coordinate IMS activities among the functional disciplines within the PMOProvide IMS technical products (e.g., GANTT charts, network diagrams)Ensure integrated schedule management technical support to system acquisition processes and collaborate and incorporate key schedule requirements to ensure mission successSupport requirements development, plan preparation and assess ability to achieve resultsCommunicate schedule objectives, plans, and status to the customer, the project team, and managementPerform corrective actions as necessary to achieve end resultCitizenship: Must be a US citizenMinimum Required QualificationsClearance:Must have and be able to maintain a Top Secret level clearance and be SCI eligibleAdvanced understanding of scheduling tools, to include Microsoft ProjectPreferred QualificationsEducation:Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related fieldYears of experience:10+ years of experience with at least 5 years working in the DoD sectorAdditional InformationLocation:Hanscom AFB, Bedford, MATravel:Travel may be required at the discretion of the customer#LI-MK1Odyssey Systemsis a world-class technical, engineering, and integration company serving the warfighting ecosystem with airborne integration, ISR, C2, and warfighter readiness capabilities.
