Our nursing team provides compassionate, high quality, safe, and efficient medication dispensing to patients seeking recovery from Opioid Use Disorder.Your Role as Nursing Supervisor:The LPN Nursing Supervisor is responsible for directing care for patients, facilitating work flows, serving as a resource for staff, and providing team leadership in an outpatient opioid treatment program (OTP) environment. The LPN Nursing Supervisor maintains standards of professional nursing practice in accordance with clinic policy and procedures.⭐️Additional Benefits of Joining our Nursing Team⭐️Lower stress environment working in our medication dispensaryNo heavy lifting of patients/no bedsideStable shifts and schedule (mornings/days only)Early morning hours + early afternoon end timeBe a part of helping others in a recovery environmentPaid trainingRole Responsibilities:Ensures that the Medication Room of the clinic is in full compliance with state and federal regulations, CARF standards, and clinic policies and procedures.Supervises daily nursing operations for staff.Makes staff assignments, creates schedules, and updates schedules for providers and support staff when changes are made;Supervises and evaluates work activities of nursing, technical, clerical, service or maintenance staff for the work group and other clinic staff.Ensures that medical records for patients are in compliance with clinic policies, federal and state laws/regulations at all times.Review medical records to ensure medical compliance.Oversee quality assurance activities and compliance to operational standards.Participate in program development or implementation of operating policy and procedures.Promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.Assists with the recruitment, hiring and training of new staff.Your Education, Skills and Qualifications:Minimum of 2+ years related nursing practiceMinimum 1 year supervisory responsibility requiredPrefer experience in behavioral health/addiction recovery environment (inpatient or outpatient)Prior knowledge/experience working with MAT (medication assisted treatment) highly preferredThere must be no history of alcohol or other drug misuse for a period of three years before employmentLicenses/Certifications:Current LPN license in the state of North Carolina or Compact licenseGraduation from an accredited school of nursing requiredWe are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants for employment regardless of an individual’s characteristics protected by applicable state, federal and local laws.AHCTC#LI-CTC#LI-TM1
