This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing team dedicated to supporting an establishedLeft Ventricular Assist Device (LVAD) program, which is integrated within a newly developed, system-connected heart failure infrastructure. The leadership of the healthcare system has recently expanded its commitment to include comprehensive support for all modalities of advanced heart failure care.In this role, the APP will work collaboratively with Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologists and a multidisciplinary care team, providing care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
