How we reward you401(k) plan that provides a 100% match on the first 3% of your contributions and 50% of the next 2% * Healthcare plans to support your needs * Virtual doctor visits * Access to Centers of Excellence with Barnes Jewish Hospital and Mayo Clinic’s Complex Care Program * 15% Associate Discount * Dave Ramsey’s SmartDollar Program (no cost to you!) * Associate Assistance Program * RK Cares Associate Hardship Program * 24/7 Chaplaincy ServicesWHAT YOU'LL DOAs a Warehouse Recycling Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the efficient operation of recycling facilities by assisting with the collection, sorting, and processing of recyclable materials.JOB DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Safe loading and unloading of recycling materials, using forklifts, pallet jacks, and various other hand tools, to and from trainers per the standard operating procedures.Inspect, hand-sort, grade, and accurately count recyclable materials.Create, prepare, and maintain all shipping documents and logs.Inspection of Material Handling Equipment for any repairs/maintenance needed.Ensure the work area, equipment, and tools are clean and stored properly.Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.May be required to cross-train and perform other duties.QUALIFICATIONS:Prior warehouse/manufacturing experienceAbility to successfully interact with others efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Ability to follow all health and safety regulations while operating equipment.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:NoPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSAbility to communicate effectively and professionally.Good visual acuity including close vision for computer work.Repetitive wrist movements on keyboard or handheld device.Ability to sit/stand/walk for long periods of time.Ability to walk up and down stairs multiple times per day.Ability to repetitively lift, bend, carry, and push.Ability to lift, push, and/or pull a minimum of 50 pounds.
