We are seeking individuals that want to advance their career and join our great team.Immediately Hiring Repack Associate!!!Compensation:Competitive starting pay range is $18.96 - $20.24Available Shift: Days 7:00AM to 3:30PM Monday through FridayBenefits:Medical, Dental, Vision Prescription drug coverage401K with a company match New Hire Wellness Bonus (see plan details)Healthcare and Dependent day care flexible spending accountsCorporate discountsText to Apply PTVE @ 97211Repack Associate DescriptionResponsibilities:Packer provides support for the operation team by working safely, in a fast-paced production warehouse environment, while inspecting product for defects and packing finished goods in correct configuration.Package product into boxes and prepare for shipmentCheck for quality issues to product and contact team lead with issuesEnsure you have enough supplies at your station (boxes, tape ect.)Keep station clean at all timesFollow safety guidelines at all timesPrevious experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is highly preferredAbility to work with others effectively as a part of a team is essential.Ability to follow standard work instructions is required.Ability to drive lift truck, do put aways after repacking completed.Some flexibility with working in the WHS when repack area is slow.Physical Requirements and Qualifications:Must be able to stand entire work shift;All routine tasks are performed while standing.Reaching, handling, fingering, and feeling are constantly present while performing job dutiesFrequently turning body from 0 to a maximum of 180 degreesGood eyesight is essential for constant inspection of product. Seeing both near and far, color vision and depth of field are all required. Vision corrected with glasses or contact lenses is acceptableFrequent walking is required. Distance can be over 50 feet.Bending is frequently required when making boxes (1/2 of shift)Occasional balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or talking may be requiredLifting up to 40 pounds (empty to full boxes) is required. Items lifted include, but are not limited to product, boxes (empty and full), plastic liner bags, tape, cleaning supplies, etc.Pushing and pulling is occasionally required.
