Apply today and join a team that powers progress.As a Mobile Equipment Technician, you’ll take ownership of diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of general construction equipment, aerial lifts, and dirt equipment. Working independently, you’ll bring expertise, safety, and professionalism to every task, ensuring equipment runs at peak performance for our customers.Your responsibilities will include:Performing advanced maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systemsUsing diagnostic tools and technical schematics to troubleshoot complex issuesDocumenting services accurately and ensuring timely completion of work ordersOrdering necessary parts from vendors with precision and accuracyDelivering exceptional customer service, building trust and loyalty with every interactionWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of hands-on experience as a technician repairing and maintaining construction equipment (aerial equipment experience a plus)Strong knowledge of engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems with the ability to read schematics/diagramsProficiency with diagnostic tools and advanced repair techniquesA self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision and demonstrates teamwork in a collaborative shop environmentExcellent communication skills and a customer-first mindsetOwnership of appropriate tools for the tradeValid driver’s license, high school diploma (or equivalent), and ability to pass background, drug, DOT physical, and MVR checksBenefitsHealth, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance401K Retirement Plan & MatchingHealth Savings AccountPaid Time OffReferral ProgramRelocation AssistanceUSD $35.00 - USD $43.00 /Hr.
