This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with your shift running from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM., The expected annual salary range for this role is $83250.0 - $122100.0 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations., , What youâll do:Plans and organizes material flow through processes for effective and efficient utilization of machinery and employees.Works with department personnel to maintain production levels to meet customer demand in the most cost-effective way, while maintaining the highest quality.Assists in the selection, training and development of production personnel and participates in their performance evaluation and development. , Addresses areas of concern with employees to promote excellent pletes all daily reports, for payroll and production reporting purposes. Monitors inventory and scrap in the department.Maintains safe working conditions and assures that all safety rules and OSHA regulations are enforced.Maintains equipment to ensure good operating condition., Keeps all activities within company policies and in line with union contract.Maintains good employee relations through effective communication efforts.Keeps manufacturing manager informed on all department activities.Works with employees, employee teams and co-workers on all process improvement, safety improvement and cost reduction projects to improve effectiveness, process and job knowledge.Supports plant initiatives for continuous improvement such as Lean Manufacturing.Maintains departmental budgets.
