Description We are looking for a dedicated Director of Quality to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, you will lead efforts to ensure exceptional quality across product development, manufacturing, and supply chain operations. With a focus on personal care and pharmaceutical products, you will oversee compliance with industry regulations while driving a culture of excellence. Responsibilities: u2022 Oversee all aspects of quality assurance and control, ensuring compliance with FDA GMP and ISO quality standards. u2022 Lead cross-functional teams, including Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Microbiology, to implement robust quality processes. u2022 Manage contract manufacturing operations to maintain high-quality standards for personal care and pharmaceutical products. u2022 Develop and execute quality management strategies to align with organizational goals. u2022 Monitor and improve manufacturing processes to ensure consistent product quality. u2022 Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with regulatory requirements and identify areas for improvement. u2022 Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the procurement and production lifecycle. u2022 Provide leadership and mentorship to quality teams, fostering growth and a commitment to excellence. u2022 Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process optimization and reduced risk. u2022 Ensure timely resolution of quality-related issues, minimizing operational disruptions. Please connect with me on linkedin (Joe Faradie at roberthalf) Requirements u2022 Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management within the consumer product or pharmaceutical industry. u2022 Strong knowledge of FDA GMP regulations and ISO quality standards. u2022 Experience with contract manufacturing processes and quality oversight. u2022 Proven ability to perform quality assurance and control activities effectively. u2022 Familiarity with quality management systems and tools. u2022 Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and implement improvements. u2022 Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate across departments. u2022 Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management, Engineering, or Science.
