Description We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of HR operations within our organization in Bakersfield, California. This role is critical in ensuring smooth HR processes, compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to drive organizational success. Responsibilities: u2022 Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures that align with organizational objectives. u2022 Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. u2022 Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding processes, and employee orientation programs. u2022 Address employee relations issues, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance reviews. u2022 Oversee payroll administration, benefits programs, and health savings accounts to support employee needs. u2022 Coordinate and deliver training and development initiatives to promote staff growth and engagement. u2022 Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on workforce planning and organizational development. u2022 Maintain accurate HR records and utilize HRIS to streamline administrative processes. u2022 Develop strategies to foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee satisfaction. u2022 Monitor and assess HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, including at least 2 years in a managerial role. u2022 In-depth knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance standards. u2022 Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related tools. u2022 Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. u2022 Proven expertise in employee relations and conflict resolution. u2022 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. u2022 Experience in benefits administration and payroll management. u2022 Ability to collaborate effectively with leadership and staff to achieve organizational goals.
