Salesforce Developer

Description We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team in Costa Mesa, California. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone with extensive experience in Salesforce development and administration who enjoys tackling complex projects and delivering innovative solutions. You will play a key role in supporting critical business processes and driving the success of our CRM systems. Responsibilities: u2022 Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex coding, triggers, and Lightning Components. u2022 Configure and administer Salesforce systems to ensure smooth functionality and optimal performance. u2022 Collaborate with teams to migrate data and customizations from Salesforce Cloud to Salesforce Government Cloud. u2022 Provide technical support for architecture and serve as a backup resource as needed. u2022 Revitalize dormant lead management processes by implementing flow triggering, notifications, and rule-based configurations. u2022 Optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud features to achieve 80-90% out-of-the-box functionality. u2022 Utilize GitHub for version control and collaborative development efforts. u2022 Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and other enterprise systems. u2022 Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the Salesforce platform. u2022 Participate in roadmap planning and execution for CRM system enhancements. Requirements u2022 At least 7 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration. u2022 Proficiency in Apex coding, including triggers and customizations. u2022 Expertise in building and managing Lightning Components. u2022 Experience with GitHub for version control and collaborative development. u2022 Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and administration. u2022 Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Platform and Sales Cloud. u2022 Ability to manage complex migrations and support multi-system integrations. u2022 Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
