What you need to have to be considered : u00b7 Architect, develop, and deliver advanced AI-driven and automation solutions, including conversational AI, document intelligence, and multi-agent orchestration. u00b7 Lead rapid proof-of-concept (POC) initiativesu2014building, testing, iterating, and scaling ideas with speed. u00b7 Oversee end-to-end solution lifecycle, from initial design and development to cloud deployment and production optimization. u00b7 Integrate solutions seamlessly with business platforms and enterprise systems. u00b7 Mentor and upskill a cross-functional team in AI, machine learning, and automation best practices. u00b7 Foster a culture of continuous learning, technical excellence, and high performance. u00b7 Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards, technical governance, and emerging best practices. u00b7 Partner with business stakeholders, data scientists, engineers, and platform specialists to deliver impactful, scalable solutions. u00b7 Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. u00b7 Align project outcomes with business objectives and customer success. These will help you stand out: u00b7 Minimum 8 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, and/or Automation roles. u00b7 Hands-on experience architecting and building Agentic AI solutions, including the design and deployment of multi-agent systems and autonomous workflows. u00b7 Demonstrated expertise in developing and deploying enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions, such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, and multi-modal AI applications. u00b7 Proven ability to deliver AI-powered document understanding, including data extraction, intelligence, and conversion at scale. u00b7 Advanced programming proficiency in Python. u00b7 Strong experience with cloud-based AI/ML services (Azure, GCP, or AWS), including end-to-end solution deployment. u00b7 Deep understanding of data pipelines, model deployment processes, and MLOps best practices. u00b7 Track record of mentoring technical teams in AI solution delivery. u00b7 Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $90,000.00 - $103,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizantu2019s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizantu2019s applicable plans.
