We value research skills, innovation, strong systems intuition, systems building experience and a strong desire to implement oneu2019s own ideas. You will advance fundamental science and publish in top-tier journals and conferences. You will also help conceive and build the next generation of innovative solutions to address real-world security challenges. Successful candidates will design, implement, and analyze state-of-the-art tools and systems for improving the security operations or systems and organizations to solve real-world problems. Required technical and professional expertise Strong programming skills (Python, Go, Javascript, etc.) System building/debugging/testing skills and software engineering practices Designing, building, and evaluating AI and agentic systems and frameworks Systems and software security experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred technical and professional experience Experience with AI, large language models, and LLM / agentic frameworks Building cloud applications experience Publishing scientific results in top tier conferences and/or journalsIBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
