Our roles are flexible, and we value your experience and expertise Become an Edison Home Health Care Hero TODAY As a Personal Care Aides (PCA), youu2019ll work 1-on-1 with your clients inside their homes, and support them with the following types of activities: + Light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry and basic cleaning + Personal activities such as bathing, dressing, and assisting with meals + Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of the client. Eligibility Requirements: + Valid HHA/PCA Certificate + Valid ID + Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state-required training _Caregivers must comply with state background screening requirements. Compensation, benefits, time off and bonuses vary by state and location, so please ask for complete details at your interview._ _$150 sign-on bonus is valid for applicants effective 3/1/2025. Sign-on bonus is paid after the caregiver has worked at least 30 days and 40 hours.
