Veeva Digital Events has multiple products to support HCPs, logistics team members, pharmaceutical sales reps, and integration into CRM. You are excited about business-process innovation to deliver customer success. You are comfortable working with a cross-functional team with engineers, testers, product, and operations team members. This is a great opportunity for someone who is excited about product design and thinking strategically about process improvement and architecture for scalability, reliability, privacy, and quality in service delivery.What Youu0027ll DoOwn and design product features from start to finish, including user stories, functional & non-functional requirements, feature specifications, and quality control checksManage the prioritization and focus on enhancementsAuthor high-quality design specifications within an agile methodology based upon industry and downstream systems/customer requirementsSupport release and sprint planning to ensure product enhancements support the needs of the customers at the right time and in the right sequenceCollaborate closely with Development, QA, Project Management, and Product Management to ensure products are built and delivered with qualityBe accountable for the success of the productAcquire deep subject matter expertise in promotional and non-promotional event programing in life sciencesRequirements2u002B years of hands-on product management experience/technical services/engineering/data analytics or other related positions in the software space4u002B years of hands-on technical experience in engineering, solution architecture, business analytics, or other related positions in the software spaceStrong understanding of all aspects of the product development lifecycle, including the definition of requirements, engineering, QA, and deploymentPrevious experience working with ETL/ELT processesStrong problem-solving and analytical capabilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in EnglishBA/MA/BSc/MSc in relevant fieldsNice to HaveExperience in the Life Sciences industry, SaaS, and/or enterprise productsUnderstanding of Life Sciences Speaker BureauExperience with Veeva or Vault CRMPerks & BenefitsMedical, dental, vision, and basic life insuranceFlexible PTO and company paid holidaysRetirement programs1% charitable giving programCompensationBase pay: $75,000 - $165,000The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role.
