summary Non-Conforming Material (NCM) & Board Analysis Technician – Warehouse Buford, GA Pay: $18–$19/hr Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled NCM & Board Analysis Technician to join our warehouse operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, diagnosing, and repairing non-conforming materials and circuit boards to ensure quality, functionality, and production efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of failures, implement corrective actions, and help reduce waste and scrap. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough analysis of non-conforming materials and failed boards on production lines. Utilize advanced technical expertise in circuit board diagnostics and repair to restore functionality. Apply knowledge of board architecture and failure modes to identify root causes of defects. Perform component-level repairs when feasible to support continuous production. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to implement corrective actions. Track, document, and report issues and solutions to reduce recurrence and improve processes. Support efforts to minimize production downtime and maintain compliance with quality standards. Qualifications Previous experience in electronics, board repair, or diagnostic testing preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, or technical documents. Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or certification in electronics preferred).
