Position: Mechanical Technician Starting Pay Rate: $33 per hour Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Employment Type: Temp to Hire (based on performance and attendance) Duties Include Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform maintenance and repairs Performs set ups and preventative maintenance on liquid filling equipment. Maintains, repairs and installs improvements for plants pneumatic system, tanks and plant plumbing. Clears and lubricates machine parts such as shafts, pulleys, gears, and bearings. Replaces or repairs machine belts. Connects wire to motors, fixtures, and other electrical equipment, replaces switches and fuses, and splices wire and insulates wire with friction tape. Cuts out and joins (welds or solders) parts for worktables, benches, shelves and other equipment. Rebuild and fabricate parts. Able to work in a fast-paced environment required-skills: Job Requirements 2 -3 year of related experience in process-oriented fluid manufacturing, warehouse/shipping operations and/or related industry Able to lift 50 lbs Machine Mechanical repair Must be able to read, write, and understand English Good work attitude and team player Benefits Full Medical Insurance Dental and Vision Insurance Full-time work 5 Sick Days $100 Referral Bonus High Schoolrequired-experience: 2- 3 years
