Reporting to our VP of Pricing, this is a highly visible leadership role responsible for shaping the pricing frameworks to drive profitable growth, unlock value on the core business and innovate new go to market models.This role is ideal for pricing and finance professionals who have a passion for building data-driven pricing models and want to influence commercial decision-making. You will lead a high-performing team of finance experts and work cross functionally with leaders across Product, Finance, Commercial, Strategy & Business Development, and Executive Leadership.What You'll DoPricing strategy - Develop CoverMyMeds pricing approach to support growth across diverse market segments, including payer, provider, and biopharmaDesign innovative pricing models - Build and implement outcomes-based, tiered, subscription, and risk-sharing pricing strategies to accommodate evolving business models and customer expectationsTranslate insights into impact - Use market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor benchmarks to inform pricing decisionsEnable go-to-market success - Partner cross-functionally to align pricing with product positioning, value delivery, and commercial executionServe as a thought partner - Advise leadership on pricing trade-offs, monetization strategies, and strategic deal structuringDirect pricing operations and reporting functions, ensuring data accuracy, governance, and actionable insightsMentor and lead Sr Analysts by elevating analytical rigor, and establishing best practices across the teamQualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field12+ years of experience in a pricing or finance/FP&A role with 4+ years of management experience.Experience in healthcare, life-sciences or pharmaceutical services highly desirable, but not requiredAbility to establish a high-performing team and to attract, coach, and grow talentAbility to drive strong analytic and critical thinking in support of structured and unstructured business initiativesExperience leading change and transformation efforts in fast-paced or ambiguous environmentsTrack record in collaborative problem-solving and leading through influenceStrong leadership and executive communications skillsRegularly interacts with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and/or customers.This is a Columbus only based roleWe are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
