Job Details We are currently seeking a Territory Manager to join our Financial Serivices sale team. We are currently seeking a highly drivenTerritory Manager/Account Directorto join ourSalesteam in Houston, TX. Performance Objectives + Establish and enhance prospective relationships through targeted campaigns,executive briefings,partner relationship building, andvaluecreation; + Consultative Selling Style to research and deliver a relevant Point of View to every interaction + Experience in aligning value at the C-Suite level + Professional Selling Acumen along with thorough opportunityqualification; Accuratelyalign Enverus solutions to anorganizationsu2019overarchingboarddirectives; + Display a consistent record of success in achieving or exceeding assigned revenueobjectives while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction andintegrity; + Experience selling,aligningand prioritizing multiple product offerings in a fast-pacedenvironment + Effective leadership of Enverus personnel through the entire lifecycle of a sales pursuitas well as develop tailoredpresentations and business casejustifications; + Consistently enter and maintain relevant sales data and prospective client correspondence into the appropriate database and systems, including pipeline management, company database and requestedreports; + Experienced, focused approached to pipeline generation to cover 3.5X quota + Additional duties may be assigned, as required. Candidate Profile + 8-10+years of selling softwaresolutions + BachelorsDegreedesired, not required + Recent experience sellingenterpriseSaaS basedsolutions highlypreferred + Account management (retention) and upsell (growth) experience + Experiencein the energyspacedesired; experience with owner relations software and services and supporting customers in creating efficiencies around JIB and Revenue processes a strong plus + Proven networking, negotiation, qualification and closingskills; + Possess an executive presence, bepolite, professional and appropriate demeanor with all current and potentialclients; + Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex informationto executives, including business case development and ROIjustification; + Strong time management and follow-upskills; + Self-motivated and a natural drive tosucceed; + Strong analytical and interpersonalskills; + Open to constructive coaching and feedback; + Strategic Selling Training experience desired- Ex: Miller Heiman, Sandler, Challenger Method + Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Accessand Outlook. Salesforce experience a plus.
