Global Supplier Account Manager u2013 Service, Repair & Installations You will lead end-to-end supplier relationship managementu2014including commercial strategy, contracting, and performanceu2014for key partners in this critical domain. Your role: + Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives to enhance supplier collaboration, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment. + Own supplier negotiations and establish long-term agreements while scouting and onboarding new partners to expand service coverage. + Monitor supplier performance using tools like GSRS (Global Supplier Rating System), integrating stakeholder feedback for comprehensive evaluations. + Conduct in-depth assessments of supplier risk, compliance, and financial exposure, and develop mitigation plans to ensure business continuity. + Drive cost-saving initiatives, promote Lean practices, and foster innovation and competition across the supplier base. You're the right fit if: + You hold a Bacheloru2019s or Master's degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management or related field. + You have acquired 5+ years of experiencein a strategic sourcing or procurement role.
