As a Busser, you will be responsible for providing incredible guest service and member experiences through daily cleaning services. Beginner Bussers are welcome - while knowledge of providing efficient service is preferred, previous experience is not required for the position.Ideal candidates have flexible schedules with availability to work weekends and holidays, as needed.Our team has made a conscious effort to ensure strong protocols are in place to keep you and our patrons safe, so you can focus on the customer experience, camaraderie, and dining room management.For more information on our open opportunities, apply todayResponsibilitiesAssures that all material used by server is clean and ready for daily operationFills and re-fills water glasses and removes any place settings not being usedClears dishes located in front of guest upon completion of courseClears and resets tables when guests leave, to include but not limited to: changes tablecloth, brushes chairs, places chairs at table, replaces silverware and glassware, and replaces napkinsAssists the server when neededKeeps workstations well stocked of items and ingredientsClean workstations, takes out trash, and vacuums the dining roomIncorporates safe work practices in job performanceRegular and reliable attendancePerforms other duties as requiredEducation and Experience RequirementsHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one-month related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceAbility to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the jobWorking ConditionsFrequently stands, walks and sitsRegularly uses hands, pushes, pulls, reaches with arms and hands, talks and listensOccasionally climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crawls, crouchesRegularly lifts up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 50 poundsOccasionally works in outdoor weather conditionsFrequently works with cleaning supplies and chemicalsMay come into contact with fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicalsNoise level is moderateAbout Troon Troon started as one facility in 1990 and has since grown to become the world's largest professional club management company.
