The work is generallycomprised of indoor work, outdoor ground-level work, and minimal roofwork.Responsibilities & Essential Functions? Install grid tied solar electric systems.? Install battery backup hybrid solar systems and EV Chargers (Tesla,Enphase, etc.).? Provide service upgrades.? Install, test, and confirm solar system monitoring.? Complete all work to current NEC codes.? Supervise and participate in installation of electrical components byunlicensed installersand apprentices and perform commissioning and attend shutdowns andinspections asneeded.? Take responsibility for personal and electrical safety on the job siteby following andenforcing all safety regulations.? Adherence and compliance to all safety activities and requirements.? Other duties as needed by management.Skills/Qualifications? Preferred: Current Wisconsin Journeyworker/Journeyman Electricianlicense.? Solar experience (preferred).? In depth knowledge and experience in electrical installations.? Pro ficient 2023 NEC code knowledge.? Proficient in conduit bending ( to 2).? Ability to accurately read and understand blueprints.? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.? Proven technology skills (mobile email, uploading pictures, navigatingvarious apps, timeand attendance entries).? Able to travel occasionally based on business and operational needs(10% +/- of timewith company accommodations such as paid hotel and per diem).? Portrays a high level of professionalism and a positive demeanor.? Valid State drivers license and clean acceptable driving record (mustclear an MVRbackground screening).?
