PositionOverview The Principal People & Workforce Analytics Specialist willserve as a senior thought leader and hands-on expert in leveraging dataand advanced analytics to shape workforce strategy and decision-making.This role is responsible for defining and leading the organization'speople analytics strategy, building scalable measurement frameworks, andproviding insights that enable leaders to optimize talent, culture, andorganizational performance. This individual will partner closely withHR, business leaders, and executive stakeholders to develop predictiveinsights, drive workforce planning, and enable data-informed decisionsacross the employee lifecycle. As a principal-level role, the positionrequires deep technical expertise, strong business acumen, and theability to influence at the highest levels of the organization.Essential Duties Include, but are not limited to, the following: Designand execute analytics strategies that align with workforce and businesspriorities. Build and maintain scalable dashboards, models, and tools tosupport decision-making across HR and business units. Conduct complexanalyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.Perform ad hoc reporting and deep-dive investigations to supportstrategic initiatives. Serve as a trusted advisor within HR and acrossthe business, translating data into actionable insights. Facilitateconsensus-building across diverse stakeholder groups using data-drivennarratives. Effectively compile and present findings to seniorleadership through visualizations, presentations, and written reports.Simplify complex data for non-technical audiences, enabling informeddecision-making. Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance withinternal policies and external regulations. Partner with technologyteams to optimize data systems and reporting infrastructure.
