Candidates with methodological expertise in novelqualitative and/or quantitative methods are especially encouraged toapply. The desired candidates will have the ability to contribute toinstruction and supervision in our PhD program in counseling psychology,M.S. program in counseling, and undergraduate instruction related to ourcross-departmental major in Health Promotion and Health Equity.Candidates will be expected to contribute to training emphasizingscientist practitioner perspectives, possess competence to serveindividuals currently underserved for mental health and wellness acrosstreatment settings, and to uphold APA and ACA professional and ethicalstandards. Preferred candidates will be able to demonstrate service inthe field that has a specific focus in Counseling Psychology and/orcomponents that are specific to the profession of Counseling Psychology.Candidates should demonstrate (a) evidence of scholarly productivitycommensurate with rank, including likelihood of external funding; and(b) strong competence in classroom instruction, counseling, and clinicalsupervision.
