15455BR FTE: 1.0 Shift: Weekdays- hours TBD (clinic hours range from 7am-530pm) Compensation: $24.50+ Hours Per Week: 40 Weekends: No Benefit Eligible We are seeking a dynamic Physical Therapy Assistant to join our outpatient Orthopedic and Return to Work therapy team. Duties and Responsibilities: + Work within the context of patient-centered care in an outpatient clinic setting. + Provide therapy treatment with concise and efficient documentation/billing in accordance with regulatory standards. + Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive evidence-based treatment to maximize functional outcomes. + Embrace lifelong learning: willingly receive feedback and learn from team members, seek continual learning opportunities to advance oneu2019s own practice, and share feedback to promote the growth of the team. + Engage in staff meetings, advanced practice teams, and shared governance to help drive best practice and clinical excellence. + Demonstrate a willingness to be flexible and to take on additional responsibilities to support the team and process improvement initiatives within the department. + Appropriately delegate tasks to support personnel.
