As a Provider Onboarding Specialist, you will lead theprogrammatic and day-to-day activities for the physician and advancedpractice provider (APP) onboarding through their first two years ofemployment. Work under the direction of the MCP Provider Engagement andin collaboration with the Provider Onboarding Specialist team.Participate with the team to lead, develop, and implement programs andprocesses to achieve program goals. Develop and deliver effectiveorientation and ongoing onboarding and retention programs for providers,as well as examine the effectiveness of these programs. ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, development, and execution of programs and systemsfor provider onboarding across the practice. Oversee all logisticsrelated to provider onboarding and retention progress check-insincluding scheduling, preparing communications and materials, andtechnology/venue needs. Oversees appropriate communication acrosspractice teams, ensuring cross-fertilization and integration. Developtools for monitoring effectiveness of onboarding and related programs.Develop and track progress of measured goals. Report and presentexecutive summary to senior leadership as requested. Develop, conduct,and deliver programming and resources for groups and individuals inconnection with FH/MCP goals. Evaluate and assess input from newproviders and identify programming/resources to meet their individualneeds. Collaborate on the development of program materials includingeducational resources, websites, and reports. Maintain and continue todevelop provider onboarding checklists and provider progress check-inreports throughout all MCW clinical departments. Assist in industryresearch of best practices related to onboarding and retention ofhealthcare providers. Coordinate with Recruitment Teams to facilitatesmooth transition from provider candidate to hired employee. Foster asense of teamwork, cooperation, and community within and amongst MCWentities. Train and onboard new team members within the division.Knowledge - Skills - Abilities Exceptional communication andinterpersonal skills is vital; Candidate should have skills in customerservice and have experience working with physicians and APPs in afast-paced environment; Candidate should be a self-starter...
