Director of e-Commerce

Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Director of e-Commerce on behalf of one of the world's leading casual dining restaurant companies with over 1600 global restaurants. The Director of e-Commerce and Engineering drives the development and optimization of e-commerce platforms for Chiliu2019s and Maggianou2019s focusing on delivering a seamless guest experience and revenue growth. Your Key Job Functions u2003u00b7 Lead, mentor, and grow a high performing team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative and results oriented culture. u2003u00b7 Develop and execute the ecommerce, loyalty, and CRM platform strategy u2003u00b7 Oversee the technical design and development of the ecommerce platforming, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security to handle high volume traffic. u2003u00b7 Collaborate with product management to define technical requirements and delivery dates for new features and enhancements u2003u00b7 Ensure best practices in software development, including code quality, testing and deployment processes. u2003u00b7 Define performance metrics and success criteria for ecommerce engineering projects, ensuring high quality deliverables and efficient team operation.
