Responsibilities BSW Rehab in Aubrey seeks a full time Physical Therapist to join a team of residency / fellowship trained staff to start providing exceptional care immediately. Primarily we see general orthopedics with a heavy emphasis on the spine, pre-/post-operative care, and deconditioning. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, open to pursue board certification/fellowship, and team oriented with great communication skills. A strong orthopedic background is preferred. This is a small clinic of 2 PTu2019s and 1 PSS and the successful candidate must be flexible with clinic schedule. + Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment + Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day + Timely and accurate documentation usingTherapEBridge + Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports + Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately + Promoting continuous quality improvement + Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed Qualifications + Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required. + Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
