The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of accounts payable and general ledger accounting, contributing to the companyu2019s financial operations and reporting. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage the full cycle of accounts payable processes, including bill payments and expense report handling. u2022 Reconcile vendor payments, identify discrepancies, and resolve payment issues efficiently. u2022 Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger to ensure accurate financial records. u2022 Oversee month-end and year-end close procedures, ensuring timely and accurate completion. u2022 Perform bank reconciliations and review monthly financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and general ledger. u2022 Assist in the implementation of accounting systems to streamline processes and improve functionality. u2022 Process and review employee expense reports using Ramp, ensuring compliance with company policies. u2022 Support annual audits by preparing schedules, analyses, and necessary documentation. -Participate in annual audit including preparation of audit schedules, analyses, and support. -Review general ledger and perform monthly budget to variance analysis u2022 Contribute to annual budget and forecast planning, as well as the preparation of financial reports.
