We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Property Manager to oversee a 10-story, 97,000 square-foot multi-tenant office building.***Please note candidates with experience limited to APARTMENT or WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT will not be considered.*** The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a minimum of five years of office building management experience. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a college degree. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the daily operations of the multi-tenant office building, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety standards. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive tenant experience. • Plan, budget, and manage building maintenance, repairs, and renovations to ensure the property remains in excellent condition. • Prepare, review, and manage operating budgets, ensuring financial performance aligns with company goals. • Negotiate and manage vendor contracts for services such as cleaning, HVAC and maintenance. • Work closely with the CEO to manage tenant retention, lease renewals, and occupancy rates. • Maintain accurate records, including lease agreements, financial reports, and maintenance logs.
