The Regional Safety Manager based in Pearl River, NY will oversee the development and implementation of safety programs for the projects in their assigned Region. To be successful in this role you'll possess the ability to identify hazards, assess risks, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. This involves conducting inspections and investigating incidents. A key aspect is promoting a safety-first culture within the organization.Performing regular site inspections to assess safety conditions and identify areas for improvement you will establish working relationships and provide guidance on all matters relating to Health & Safety for those projects in your area of responsibility. Utilizing your extensive knowledge and leadership skills by providing interpretation, technical review and support, regulatory guidance and governance oversight to ensure alignment and consistent implementation of the project HSS&E Safety Security and Environment requirements to our client.Our Project Management Team for guidance on all matters relating to HSS&E by Authorities Having Jurisdiction. Minimum 4+ years of experience in project safety management Bacheloru2019s degree in any related field OSHA 30-Hour certification issued within the last 5-years. Have a thorough knowledge of OSHAu2019s 1926 & 1910, Subpart Standards 4-hour Supported Scaffold User Card issued within the last 4-years Possess working knowledge of NYC DOB Chapter 33 Possess a working knowledge of the FDNYu2019s Chapter 14 safety requirements Must possess a valid state driveru2019s license.
