Requirements With this opportunity, you will;Oversee the day to day operations of Baleen services and team membersEnforce resort standards, policies and procedures with Baleen teamInput and access information into P.O.S. systemDirect performance of Baleen teamMaintain knowledge of all menu items, portion sizes, sauces garnishes and pricesKnowledge of all daily specials an 86’d itemsKnowledge of daily house count, arrivals/departures and VIP member reservationsKnow scheduled in-house group activities, locations and timesKnowledge of all liquor brands, beers and non alcoholic selections available in BaleenEstablish par levels for supplies and equipmentRequisition linens/skirting required for business and assign team to bring to BaleenWork with the Baleen Management Team to prepare schedules in accordance with labor forecasts and business levelsCoach and develop team members to perform to the standards expected in a fine dining establishmentAssign work and side duties for team members and communicate additions or changes to assignmentsEnsure the cleanliness of all service areas are in compliance with department of health and resort expectationsReview the reservation book, pre-assign designated tables and follow up on all special requestsEnsure that specified amount of menus and wine lists are available and in good condition for each meal periodHandle guest opportunities on first impact and ensure that all guests have an experience up to Noble House Hotels standardsAccess all functions of the P.O.S. systemEnsure all closing duties for team are completed before sign outPrepare and submit daily/weekly payroll and tip distribution recordsManage financial requirements of the job, working cross functionally with the finance team on budgetingConduct monthly wine and service training with teamYou can own it if you have,A minimum of 3-5 years experience in fine dining Restaurant ManagementAttend and participate in-services as required by federal, state, and company requirementsMust be able to communicate to guests, and resolve issues in an expedient mannerMust be detail oriented, to ensure the restaurant and team meet the standards of excellence expected by our guests.Must be available to work weekends, evenings and holidaysAbility to stand for extended periods of time, work long hours as needed, and lift up to 25 pounds.Our CULTURE:The passion of our people is our greatest asset.
