summary Employbridge/ProLogistix is seeking a Customer Service Administrators for a family-owned foam manufacturer in Kent. The ideal candidate(s) will focus and provide excellent quality and service throughout the manufacturing process a safe, and collaborative work environment.Monday-Friday| 7am-3:30pm | $19/hr | Long-term opportunity*Candidates will train for the first 2 weeks from 9am-3:00pm*Key Responsibilities:• Maintain a positive and respectful work environment with co-workers, customers, vendors, and managers.• Communicate effectively via phone/email with internal and external points of contact.• Responsible for monitoring customer satisfaction levels and internal KPI requirements• Order/Purchase Order Entry, evaluating accurate pricing, documentation, and detailed record accounts.• Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.• Authorizing payments and maintaining receipts, records, and inventories• Maintain accurate transaction records: Processing, printing, and posting EOB reports.• Organize files in chronological, alphabetical, and numerical order.• Responsible for learning procedural, policy, and system enhancements and adapting to changes as they occur.• Responsible for quality assurance/audit of work duties• Additional duties as assigned. required-skills: Minimum Qualifications Must be able to work overtime. Must be proficient with computers Good communication skills Ability to follow procedures independently. Demonstrated experience and willingness to ensure a safe working environment for coworkers, self, and product. Ability to stand, lift, and walk for long periods of time.
