Insurance Sales Specialist

Description Summary:The Insurance Sales Specialist position requires basic technical and personal insurance product knowledge in the daily responsibilities of performing inbound and outbound phones sales using multiple insurance carriers. This individual will be working each day with our internal segment partners to do whatu2019s right for our customeru2019s insurance needs. Educating our customers on insurance will be key to success. Duties & Responsibilities: + Sell personal insurance products to Individuals + Inbound and Outbound calling to prospective clients + Develop and maintain business relationships with internal and external referral sources. + Meet goals for volume of quality new business quoted and written within company guidelines. + Maintain up to date knowledge of products, services, technology and regulations. + Performs other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications: + High School Diploma or equivalent. + One year of work experience that is focused on Insurance Sales or a call-center environment. + A valid Property and Casualty Insurance license, or will be required to obtain the license within 45 days of hire Preferred Qualifications: + Sales Experience with proven ability to achieve sales expectations and meet high volume deadlines in a call center environment. + A high energy and personable
