Job Posting Title Senior Strategy Consultant - Remote Job Description The Senior Strategy Consultant is responsible for the collection and analysis of Prime-specific, competitor, and industry-wide information and data. This position is responsible for analyzing and evaluating opportunities to improve capabilities to meet strategic plan objectives, merger and acquisition support, pricing, and other corporate initiatives. This role is also responsible for building valuation models to make corporate development decisions. Responsibilities + Maintain database of competitive and benchmark data gathered from industry information from research sources including the internet, trade publications, periodicals, analyst presentations, SEC filings, etc. + Support development of analytic methodologies + Support development of business cases for internal and external opportunities by gathering and analyzing data to support key decision points + Collect and maintain data to monitor ongoing performance against Prime's Strategic Imperatives + Support Board document preparation processes by providing needed analytics and administrative tasks + Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience; HS Diploma or GED is required + 5 years of work experience in strategy, research or healthcare + Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship Additional Qualifications + Excellent analytical skills + Strong verbal and written communication + Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word; advanced skills in Excel + Ability to work both independently and as an energetic team player + Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Preferred Qualifications + Experience with large sets of claims data + In-depth knowledge of PBM industry + Financial analyses experience Every employee must understand, comply with and attest to the security responsibilities and security controls unique to their job, and comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements and internal policies and procedures Every employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the job and, if requested, reasonable accommodations will be made to enable employees with disabilities to perform the essential functions, absent undue hardship.
